Your Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to the operation and development of the Compliance Management System at IKK classic by taking ownership of risk management and non-compliance issues.
  • You will prepare and conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure their implementation and follow-up.
  • You will identify, analyze, evaluate, and document compliance risks, and report them to the department leadership.
  • You will assess and propose measures to minimize compliance risks, and ensure their implementation and follow-up.
  • You will provide advice to employees on compliance-related matters, and conduct investigations, case management, and documentation of non-compliance cases.
  • You will conduct independent monitoring and audit activities, or support the department leadership in these areas.
  • You will prepare and conduct audits, training sessions, and other compliance-related activities, and support the department leadership in these areas.

Requirements

  • You hold a law degree with excellent grades, or a master's degree in law with a focus on business law.
  • You have additional qualifications in compliance management, or are willing to obtain them.
  • You have relevant work experience, particularly in the operation of a compliance management system, and a willingness to continue your professional development.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of social security law, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law, and whistleblower protection law, as well as the requirements of ISO 37101 and PS IDW 980.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of health policy and the structures of the statutory health insurance system.
  • You are willing and able to learn the compliance management and case management software, as well as the company's standard software.
  • You have secure knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and experience in literature and internet research.
  • You have a self-motivated and structured work style, resilience, analytical and networking thinking.
  • You have integrity and a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and external parties, as well as confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • You have diplomatic skills when interacting with management and colleagues, as well as social competence.
