Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and enhancing our Compliance Management Framework (CMF)
  • Conducting internal inquiries regarding compliance breaches
  • Continuous enhancement of GRENKE's Reporting Mechanism
  • Providing guidance to various departments and subsidiaries on compliance issues
  • Recognizing and evaluating compliance-related risks
  • Participating in cross-functional initiatives
  • Executing control measures and audits
  • Assisting in the application of compliance standards
  • Working collaboratively with a motivated remote team

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Compliance, ideally within legal, auditing, or financial domains
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and a proactive stance on regulatory matters
  • Genuine interest in leasing, financial regulations, and sustainability
  • Professional demeanor, dependability, and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a strong affinity for technology
  • Outstanding communication skills in both German and English
