HR Business Partner and HR Manager for International Employee Relations

Main Responsibilities
- To own HR processes and administration for all Voltimum employees (circa 40) and support the CEO in all employee-related matters.
- To review current HR practices and establish best practice regarding recruitment, employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and related HR administration.
- To help find talent supporting our mission by contributing to recruiting strategies with a focus on positive candidate experiences.
- To create and publish customized job postings on suitable job portals and track applicants using our HR system (HRWorks).
- To support the application process, ensuring managers schedule, prioritize, prepare for candidate interviews, and provide timely structured feedback.
- To be the main contact for external recruiters or agencies.
- To establish trust as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters and help build an open and collaborative company culture.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- An HR qualification equivalent to the German CIPD certification.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner with strong Recruitment admin/support experience.
- International work experience, cultural awareness, and respect for employees at all levels.
- Experience working with HR systems, ideally including HRWorks.
- Digitally savvy and experience working in a Digital Media business.
- The ability to build productive relationships, influence senior management, and employees.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
- Strong planning skills to deliver short-, medium-, and long-term activities.
- Project management experience in rolling out HR/people initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- An open, positive personality and high degree of empathy.
- A proactive and independent way of working, growth mindset, and willingness to learn quickly.
