Commercial Planning Specialist

As a key member of our team at Contorion GmbH, you will play a crucial role in driving our commercial strategy forward. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Commercial Planning Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to enhance our understanding of business performance, creating dashboards, driver trees, and drill-downs to inform commercial decision-making.
- Steering Meetings: Lead regular steering meetings to present insights and influence commercial decision-making.
- Strategic Initiatives: Propose key strategic initiatives and support their implementation to drive business growth.
- KPI Alignment: Ensure company-wide alignment on KPIs, including their calculation methods and interpretation across all departments.
- Data-Driven Planning: Drive a data-driven planning process for the commercial year and major events like Black Friday / Cyber Week.
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience with a proven track record of influencing commercial decision-making through targeted analysis and strategic planning.
- Skills: Advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, Looker Studio, and the Google Office Suite, as well as Python experience.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and commercial knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to align on business goals.
- Process Management: Expertise in process management, optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency across projects.
