Commercial Planning Specialist

Your Responsibilities- You'll conduct in-depth analyses to create actionable insights and drive business decisions.
- You'll lead regular steering meetings to ensure alignment across departments and drive commercial decision-making.
- You'll propose strategic initiatives and support their implementation to enhance business performance.
- You'll develop and maintain company-wide KPIs, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all departments.
- You'll drive a data-driven planning process for the commercial year and major events like Black Friday/Cyber Week.
- You have 2-5 years of professional experience in commercial planning or a related field.
- You have advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, Looker Studio, and the Google Office Suite.
- You have a strong business acumen and commercial knowledge, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- You have strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
- You bring expertise in process management, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
