Business Development Manager EMEA

Job Summary:
OTTO Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region, focusing on the military and tactical markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the military and tactical markets throughout EMEA, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute account and opportunity strategies to achieve sales goals, working closely with channel partners and end-users.
- Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, providing training and support to ensure their success.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote OTTO Engineering's products and services.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay up-to-date on market trends and promote OTTO Engineering's brand.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop technical materials and communicate new product and promotion ideas.
- Provide market insights and feedback to the leadership team to inform product pricing, enhancements, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales management, with a focus on the military and tactical markets.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with channel partners and end-users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce CRM.
