Technical Delivery Lead

At AKQA, we're seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead our development teams in delivering innovative solutions for our luxury clients in Switzerland, Italy, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Management, Creative, and UX teams to ensure flawless tech delivery, development, deployment, and maintenance of innovative solutions.
- Lead a Development Team based in our Gurgaon studio, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Act as Agile Scrum Master, guiding the team through iterative sprints and ensuring quality assurance sign-off.
- Define Technical Architecture in collaboration with the Technology Team, ensuring alignment with client requirements and AKQA's technical standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Proven expertise in delivering Adobe platform solutions, with substantial experience in implementing Adobe Experience Cloud products within a client-focused environment.
- Technical knowledge of cloud hosting providers, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, and SaaS products integration.
- Experience in collaborating and managing near- and off-shore teams, with a background in engineering or development.
- Professional fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to gather requirements, break them down into technical tasks, and plan delivery in iterative sprints.
- Capability of deciding project resource profiles and providing top-down and bottom-up estimates against scope.
