Job Title: Senior Director/VP, Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director/VP, Software Engineering to lead our Vendor Growth team. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy for our software engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Senior Engineering Managers and Directors to drive technical excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to define and deliver business-critical services and features.
  • Develop and execute a technical roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality, scalability, and reliability in our software systems.
  • Drive OKRs and quarterly objectives to deliver business results.
  • Champion best engineering practices and drive cultural transformation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading complex software engineering teams and driving technical innovation.
  • Strong technical expertise in software engineering, architecture, and design.
  • Experience working with distributed systems, cloud-based technologies, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cultural transformation and technical excellence.
  • Passion for shaping the engineering culture of a growing team.
