Technical Delivery Manager

At AKQA, we're seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead our development teams in delivering innovative solutions for our luxury clients in Switzerland, Italy, and Germany.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with our Project Management, Creative, and UX teams to drive technical excellence and ensure seamless delivery of complex projects.

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with clients to understand their technical needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborating with our Technology Team to define technical architectures and ensure scalability.
  • Managing project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Acting as an Agile Scrum Master to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a technologist with a strong background in project management, Scrum, and product ownership. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud applications is essential.

As a Technical Delivery Manager at AKQA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals passionate about design, technology, and innovation. You'll also enjoy location flexibility within Germany, with travel to our Berlin studio and client offices across the DACH region when necessary.

Key qualities and characteristics:

  • Proven expertise in delivering Adobe platform solutions with substantial experience in implementing Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud hosting providers, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, and SaaS products integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in both German and English.
  • Ability to gather requirements, plan delivery, and estimate resources.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a passion for new technology.
