Strategic Account Manager

Metalshub is a rapidly growing technology company in a highly promising market. Our innovative digital B2B supply chain solution empowers metals & mining companies to optimize their daily operations and decision-making. With over 1350+ companies in 100+ countries trusting our product, Metalshub aims to become the leading supply chain solution for the global metals industry.
Our sales team consists of experienced professionals with a strong background in the industry and software companies like SAP and Salesforce. We adopt an account-based sales approach, focusing on building long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. Given our market position, our primary goal is to transfer traditional processes into the digital world in partnership with us.
Our sales team, led by our Head of Sales, has already achieved significant success in establishing new customer relationships worldwide. In the coming years, we plan to intensify these efforts to further expand our international business. To support this growth, we are seeking additional sales colleagues who share our vision and are eager to grow with us.
Your Mission- Take ownership and responsibility for large, complex, and highly visible accounts
- Develop and execute the Metalshub strategy for trading with our Supply Chain solution
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification, complex technical scoping, and commercial discussions
- Grow our brand by establishing strong industry relationships and collaborating with industry associations and executives
- Build an effective sales team by aligning closely with our Customer Success Managers
- Work closely with our product, marketing, and technology organization to provide the best possible solutions for our customers
- Drive the adoption of leading technologies in areas like sustainability and price data management
- Represent Metalshub at relevant industry events
- You have relevant experience in selling digital solutions in traditional B2B industries, interacting successfully at the C-Level, and navigating large organizations strategically
- You have achieved measurable successes in your previous roles with selling digital solutions to industry customers
- You are experienced in Project Management and skilled in handling complex situations and challenges
- You feel comfortable discussing complex software solutions on a business level
- You are aware of key performance metrics mirroring a successful sales process
- You are a highly driven individual and team player with ambition and commitment
- You possess excellent PowerPoint skills and can effectively present complex solutions
- You have proficient communication skills in English and German (spoken and written)
