As a vital member of the Out Of Home sales force, you not only embrace the Red Bull ethos but also act as a representative of the brand. Your role is set in a vibrant and competitive landscape, managing a diverse range of establishments from kiosks and bakeries to small dining venues and ethnic grocery stores. Your mission is to enhance both horizontal and vertical distribution through innovative and targeted strategies, while also boosting brand visibility to drive sales within your territory.

This full-time position, initially structured for a two-year term, allows you to flourish within a motivated and dependable team.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage your personal strengths to create a significant impact:

  • Oversee both existing and prospective Out Of Home clients, ensuring a robust presence with tailored point-of-sale tools. Assess customer potential in your territory, strategize effectively, and improve product distribution while fostering visibility that encourages purchasing behavior. Identify opportunities to grow business beyond current accounts, pinpointing new prospects for Red Bull in the Out Of Home market.
  • Serve as a key contact for your clients, working in conjunction with other sales divisions to maximize value. Through ongoing communication with colleagues, you will achieve effective management of customer segments. Your persona not only engages clients but also reflects essential Red Bull values.
  • Establish a solid groundwork through administrative duties and data oversight, concentrating on critical elements. Utilize reporting to share achievements, motivate colleagues, and accurately document regional growth.
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong passion for sales and networking is essential.
  • Demonstrate independence and practicality with a professional attitude.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a strong work ethic.
  • Be proficient with technology and MS Office applications.
  • Must reside within the designated area.
