Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline our business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather automation requirements, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Develop, test, and deploy Power Automate solutions that meet our business needs and drive efficiency.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Document processes and train team members to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Automate features and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualification:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time regular student in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, electrical engineering, or physics.
  • Quick learner with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in automation tools and software engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Additional Information:

  • Start date: by appointment.
