Working Student IT Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a working student to join our End Support Services Team at Planet in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a mix of curiosity, passion, and be results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level IT support for our users, which includes troubleshooting technical issues, answering queries, and ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Help us to maintain our IT inventory and assist with procurement.
  • Provide onsite support for in-office events, meeting room and workspace maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Participate in projects that improve the efficiency, quality, and overall user experience with Planet internal IT services.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled student in business informatics, computer science or similar program
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and related concepts
  • Analytical and efficient way of thinking
  • Creative and enjoy organizing and structuring new processes
  • Excellent communication skills & energetic and positive mindset
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Self-driven and independent
