Senior Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our expanding team as a Senior Partnerships Manager. This role will play a crucial part in developing systems to track and organize our activities in Germany, as well as working with existing member companies on their refugee hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with select existing Tent Deutschland member companies to support their refugee hiring efforts and deepen their engagement with our organization.
- Monitor company progress and provide guidance as needed.
- Oversee coalition management, including the collection of key information and data from member companies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing Implementing Partners.
- Lead the project management and implementation of our new pilot to test a third-party recruitment platform, facilitating connections between companies and refugee talent.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience working with multinational companies, preferably in partnerships, human resources, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and/or social impact projects.
- English and German written and spoken fluency is mandatory.
- Excellent presentation skills in both English and German.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the private sector to understand the demands and considerations facing private sector HR, CSR, and DEI teams.
