Payroll Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Payroll-Spezialisten, der sich auf Gehaltsabrechnung, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich sein für die Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung und die Sicherstellung der korrekten Verbuchung.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen rund um Gehaltsabrechnung, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung
- Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung und Sicherstellung der korrekten Verbuchung
- Steuerung der Servicepartner für Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung im europäischen Ausland und Koordination der Global Mobility Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern
- Mitwirkung bei Prozessverbesserungen und Projektarbeiten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. BWL) oder Ausbildung (z.B. zur Steuerfachangestellten)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll und HR-Administration
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Gehaltsabrechnung, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der üblichen Gehaltsabrechnungssoftware (idealerweise Sage) und ausgeprägte Excel- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Mitarbeiterentsendungen / Global Mobility sowie arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein internationales und inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld
- Einarbeitung und individuelle Betreuung durch eine erfahrene Kollegin
- Die Möglichkeit, sich aktiv in Prozesse einzubringen sowie gemeinsam neue Ideen zu entwickeln und deren Umsetzung zu gestalten
