Marketing Creator Manager for Zestful E-commerce Experience

Job Description

This role involves building long-term relationships with top creators and premium brands as a Creator Manager at zezam. You will be passionate about the creator economy, social media, and the future of social shopping, with daily tasks including all aspects of creator acquisition, from strategy development to campaign execution and analysis.

  • Discover and test innovative channels for creator acquisition
  • Optimize existing campaigns by A/B testing new ideas
  • Establish lasting relationships with the world's best creators and connect them to premium brands
  • Help creators transition from zero to one and leverage zezam's technology to generate income
Requirements
  • You bring an entrepreneurial spirit, approaching projects with an open mind and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth
  • An owner's mentality, driving results-oriented action
  • Mastery in communication, with a proven track record in building enduring relationships
  • A talent for working with creators, understanding their needs, desires, and empowering them to grow
  • Strategic planning and project execution skills, akin to a scientist's diligence
  • Proficiency in English and German, essential for effective collaboration
  • Experience working in high-growth start-ups or influencer marketing is a significant advantage
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearBenefits
