Crisis Intervention Specialist

krisenchat is a psychosocial counseling service providing support to Ukrainians affected by the war. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with a committed community to provide empathetic and solution-oriented support to individuals experiencing crisis situations.
Your tasks will include providing psychological consultations and support to Ukrainians, addressing topics such as war, fear, loneliness, depressive symptoms, and problems at work and family. Each chat shift lasts 2 hours, which you can enter at a free time of your choice.
We require a completed bachelor's degree in psychology or a bachelor's student with additional qualification or intensive consulting experience. Knowledge of the Ukrainian and Russian language (in written form) at C2 level and English (understanding) at B1 level are also necessary.
We offer free supervision in small groups and regular feedback meetings. Our extensive e-learning program and various workshops will help you develop your skills in crisis intervention. You will also have the opportunity to participate in meetings with experts on different specialist topics.
