Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychological Counselor to join our team of crisis intervention specialists. As a Psychological Counselor, you will provide psychological consultations and support to Ukrainians, addressing topics such as war, fear, loneliness, depressive symptoms, and problems at work and family.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological consultations and support to Ukrainians via online chat
- Address a range of topics, including war, fear, loneliness, depressive symptoms, and problems at work and family
- Work closely with a diverse community of counselors and experts to provide comprehensive support
- Participate in regular supervision and feedback meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Contribute to the development of our services and resources through ongoing training and professional development
- Completed bachelor's degree in psychology or bachelor's student with additional qualification or intensive consulting experience
- Psychotherapists in training or completed in the procedures recognized by the psychotherapy guidelines
- Basic computer skills and a PC for consultation
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian and Russian language (in written form) at C2 level, English (understanding) at B1 level
- Personal contact and video call for initial introduction
