Finance and Operations Working Student

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Operations Working Student (d/f/m) to join our team at Entrix GmbH. As a key member of our finance and operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting both financial and operational aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Support finance and operations processes by organizing and maintaining financial and operational records, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth process flows in day-to-day operations.
- Assist in financial reporting by preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, consolidating data, and supporting business decisions with financial models and budgets.
- Support operational topics such as financial planning, legal, payroll, and bookkeeping, ensuring timely and accurate data tracking to support both finance and operational initiatives.
- Contribute to process optimization by working with the team to identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements, leveraging automation to make processes faster and more efficient.
- Collaborate across departments to drive projects forward, working closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to deliver key insights to management and investors.
- You are a self-starter who loves taking on new challenges and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in the energy sector and are eager to learn about finance and operations within a high-growth tech company.
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data, with experience with spreadsheets and financial software a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
- You can thrive under pressure and work effectively, even in ambiguous situations.
- Ideally, you are familiar with finance, accounting, or operational processes from prior internships or work experience.
