We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern/Working Student to join our DACH Finance team at Haleon. As a key member of our team, you will gain a broad overview of the entire scope of a Finance Team in the FMCG/OTC business, including FP&A, Business Partnering, reporting, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead own projects & tasks to gain in-depth and hands-on experience in Finance/Controlling
  • Ensure stakeholders in the DACH team have access to needed data, information, and analysis to accelerate decision-making
  • Support the German Finance Team in areas like reporting automation, standardization, financial analysis, and project work
  • Collaborate with teams across functions and our Finance Hub in Poland

Your Role at Haleon:

  • You will support and shape current projects and tasks, gaining insights in all aspects of Finance
  • You will support the further development of our reporting landscape in PowerBI and improve our processes
  • You will contribute to our integrated business planning process by performing core finance tasks
  • You will work independently on ongoing projects and operational activities in our day-to-day business
  • You will support our cash flow forecasting activities to improve our cash conversion

Requirements:

  • Studying business administration, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable field
  • Analytical skills, logical thinking ability, and experience working with data
  • Proficiency in Excel and most Office 365 applications
  • Reliability and passion for working with people and in an enthusiastic finance team
  • Proficiency in both German and English
