Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable, processing customer inquiries, and supporting the development of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions
  • Process and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the preparation and sending of invoices and reminders to customers
  • Support the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluency in German (verhandlungssicher) and French (an asset)
