We are a Chinese company for electric cars and mobility services, established in 2017. As a 100% electric brand, Aiways is an electric native with a foothold in the future. About the Role

  • Perform market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Scale up sales training in our markets to increase revenue.
  • Contribute to our growth in Europe by identifying and acquiring distribution partners.
  • Work on various cross-functional projects, such as recycling of used cars and batteries, connectivity, and more.

Requirements

  • You are looking for a 6-12 month internship in Munich.
  • You are currently studying a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university in a related business field, such as business, management, sales, marketing, economics, etc.
  • You have a first experience or have a real interest in business development.
  • You have very good interpersonal skills.
  • You have an interest in Aiways' mission.
  • You show the ability to work in a start-up organization with a positive, flexible, solution-driven attitude.
  • You are a great team player, with a proven ability to influence across functional teams.
  • You show effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • You are proficient in English; other EU languages will be a plus.
