Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop new sales opportunities and lead the sales process to convert prospects into customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute sales tactics and programs aligned with the Annual Business Plan to achieve sales quotas
  • Produce and deliver regular forecasts and sales pipeline reports
  • Prospect and manage sales opportunities as assigned by the Head of Sales
  • Present to customers and prospects on-site as directed by the Head of Sales
  • Complete discovery meetings and product demonstrations
  • Work closely with pre-sales to build customer-specific solutions to address key pain points
  • Develop a Sales and Marketing Business Plan annually, in collaboration with the German Marketing team, and submit it to the Head of Sales
  • Act as a key influencer for marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to establish requirements for marketing collateral, programs, exhibitions, and events
  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities aimed at generating leads
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience in software sales, with a strong background in supply chain or sales and operations planning
  • Track record of successful sales and a stable work history
  • Existing network as a starting point
