Job Summary
Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative (m/w/d) - HoGa & Catering to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling hygiene solutions to existing customers, providing expert advice, and acquiring new customers in your region to drive continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base
- Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services
- Conduct regular service visits and training sessions with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop strategies, and implement new product introductions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities independently
- Represent Ecolab as a brand ambassador and share best practices in areas such as cleaning and safety, water, sustainability, efficiency, and innovation
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical education and/or completed technical or business studies
- First-hand sales experience in the B2B sector, with technical knowledge desirable
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and customer orientation
- Team player with high learning ability, self-initiative, and a 'hands-on' mentality
- Ziel-oriented and structured working style, with interest in dynamic work processes and frequent changing tasks at different customers
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Office); experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) desirable
- Good English skills in writing and speaking
- Valid driving license (B) and willingness to travel within your sales region
