About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team engaged in design verification activities for offshore substations, wind turbine generators, and subsea cable designs. You will be responsible for covering all steps in the certification process, from review of early designs to design verification, fabrication surveillance, commissioning, and periodic inspection of installations in operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover all steps in the certification process from review of early designs to design verification, fabrication surveillance, commissioning, and periodic inspection of installations in operation
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to design and verify electrical installations for offshore substations and wind turbine generators
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant IEC standards and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in electrical engineering, power systems, and renewable energy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the consulting or engineering sector
- Strong knowledge of IEC standards and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
