Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our strategic portfolios through relationship building, engagement activities, and ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of strategic shippers and achieve volume goals with best-in-class service.
- Maintain a high level of engagement from strategic customers and proactively identify the challenges they are facing.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Be the voice of the customer to guide product development and iterations.
- Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve experience.
- Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences.
- Lead by example and coach other team members to ensure success as a team.
Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you'll help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Proficient in English and German languages.
- Proficiency in written and verbal in European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, others) is a plus.
