Forto is a pioneering company in the logistics industry, dedicated to simplifying global trade and achieving climate-neutral operations by 2025. As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving the company's success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and decision-making.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor company performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Develop and maintain internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Assist with the preparation of board and executive-level presentations, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements when required, acting as a liaison between the CEO and other team members or external stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and streamlining operations.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you will need skills in project management, communication, strategic and analytic thinking, leadership, and adaptability. You will be a skilled navigator, leveraging your experience in investment banking or consulting to guide the CEO and executive team through the twists and turns of scaling a business.
