Lead HR Operations in Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR projects, such as reviewing HR People Services/Operations strategy and improving employee experience
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HR teams and business partners
  • Develop and implement HR processes to support effective service delivery planning
  • Empower HR leadership teams to promote a commercially-minded, customer-focused, efficient, cost-effective, and compliant HR function
  • Support the Head of HR in managing risk in HR and people risk management
