EMEA Head of Business Process Transformation

About the Role

The Mitsubishi Chemical Group is a leading provider of specialty materials, driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence. As the Head of Business Process Transformation for EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support global and EMEA projects and programs for business process transformation, driving strategic initiatives that deliver top and bottom-line impact.
  • Develop and implement a single, standardized set of operating procedures, leveraging best practices to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the global Business Process Transformation team and regional management to drive change management initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and systems.
  • Support the ERP team and regional rollout of the global S/4 Hana program, working closely with the Business Solution Delivery team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Build change management capabilities in the business and functional units through an enterprise change management program, coaching and mentoring the EMEA business process transformation team as needed.
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field, or equivalent through experience.
  • Multiple years of experience in digital roles, with a strong background in change management and leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale business transformations, with a focus on strategy implementation and process optimization.
  • Leadership experience in shaping functional and end-to-end processes, with a strong understanding of business and industry expertise, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as BPM ADKAR, Prosci, Swimlanes, and other communication and visualization tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
