Head of Transformation und PMO

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Transformation und PMO, der unsere Unternehmensgruppe bei der strategischen Planung und Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Transformationsprojekten unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Fashion ID Geschäftsführung in der Koordination und Steuerung des zentralen PMOs der P&C Unternehmensgruppe
  • Reporting an und regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung Fashion ID über Status, Fortschritt, Next Steps und relevante Risiken im Themenportfolio
  • Themenbezogene Fortschrittskontrolle insbesondere in Hinblick auf Management relevanter Abhängigkeiten und Timelines
  • Schnittstelle ins Zentral Controlling zur Gewährleistung einer abgestimmten Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung relevanter Meetings mit Shareholder, Geschäftsführern und Bereichsleitungen
  • Support im Stakeholder Management und im transformationsrelevanten Change-Management
  • Steuerung unterschiedlicher Beratungsdienstleister
  • Support in Prozess-Simplifizierung als Grundlage möglicher Prozessautomatisierungen
  • Sicherstellung eines PMO-bezogenen Wissensmanagements
Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Business Economics, Business Administration, Business Consulting oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung von länderübergreifenden Projekten, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Rolle im Fashion Retail oder einer Unternehmensberatung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement sowie in der Anwendung jeweiliger Methoden und Tools
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Planung und Umsetzung von bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Transformationsprojekten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Exzellentes Stakeholdermanagement und Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Managementebenen und Bereichen
  • Souveräner Umgang mit unvorhergesehenen Änderungen und Change Request insbesondere in der Kommunikation auf C-Level Ebene und in die Business-Units
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein hohes Maß an Integrität, Eigeninitiative, Agilität und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
