Your Mission

Welcome to the role of Project Lead at Sungrow - EMEA, where you will be responsible for managing the inverter, MV station, and battery storage supply contract. Your key objectives will include ensuring compliance with the scope of works, delivery dates, and budget, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Manage the inverter, MV station, and battery storage supply contract to ensure compliance with the scope of works, delivery dates, and budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project, from purchase order to successful commissioning.
  • Coordinate internally with subcontracted companies, product management, sales, and service teams in the context of the project.
  • Manage project technical documentation.
  • Accompany the customer during FAT or SAT when required.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field. You should also have around 5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development, or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry.

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
  • ~5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development, or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry.
  • English and German C1, other languages welcome.
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a multitask and multi-project environment.
  • Battery storage knowledge a plus.
