About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cross-Functional Project Lead to oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of software development projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development process forward.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Collaborate with product management, development, and QA teams to plan and execute development projects.
  3. Maintain project progress and report on any issues or impediments that may arise.
  4. Ensure code artifacts are produced, tested, released, and delivered to production.
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing cross-team software development projects, with a deep understanding of agile development principles.
  • Ability to grasp and structure complex technical topics, working towards solutions that meet the needs of various teams.
  • Experience in driving topics in large groups and moderating effective meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Positive mindset, proactive, and willing to take initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Nice to have: experience with robots or embedded software products, proficiency in the Atlassian tool stack.
  • Fluent English required, professional knowledge of German preferred.
