Job Title: Sales Office Manager

ERCO, a global market leader in Architectural Lighting, is seeking a Sales Office Manager to drive the growth of our Sales Team in Central Southern Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and develop high-level contacts with architects, lighting designers, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the Italian market, focusing on public tender procedures and private customers.
  • Manage budgets, business indicators, and company strategy to adapt to local market needs.
  • Collaborate with the Italian team to provide coherent and customized solutions to customers.
  • Ensure excellent communication skills, public speaking, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
  • At least 35 years of experience as Sales Manager in Center South Italy, managing a team of direct Sales Account Managers.
  • Strong relationships with key customers and project stakeholders, including architects, lighting designers, and project managers.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and architectural specifications.
  • Italian mother tongue and ability to speak, read, and understand English (min. B2, preferable C1).
