ERCO, a global market leader in Architectural Lighting, is seeking a Sales Office Manager to drive the growth of our Sales Team in Central Southern Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-level contacts and relationships to generate new business opportunities in this dynamic region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, and designers
- Manage budgets, business indicators, and drive company strategy to local markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience as Sales Manager in Center South Italy, managing a team of direct sales accounts
- 5-10 years of experience as Sales/Key Account in Lighting & Architecture
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and architectural specifications
- Italian mother tongue and proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
- Permanent employment contract with a base salary and incentives linked to targets
- Company car and work devices
