Key Account Manager (m/w/d) bei Synthos Schkopau GmbH

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Key Account Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Business Unit Synthetischer Kautschuk. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich für die Verwaltung von Großkunden und die Entwicklung von Strategien zur weiteren Verbesserung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Beteiligung an der Verwaltung von Großkunden innerhalb der Business Unit Synthetischer Kautschuk
  • Entwicklung von Strategien zur weiteren Verbesserung der Synthos-Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie
  • Aufbau und Pflege mehrstufiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern beim Kunden
  • Teilnahme an funktionsübergreifenden und multiregionalen Account-Team-Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines jährlichen Kundenplans
Voraussetzungen:
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Vertrieb / Betriebswirtschaft / Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem
  • 8 - 10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung und besondere Kenntnisse in der Branche (Chemieindustrie von Vorteil)
  • Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse, jede andere Sprache optional
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
