Business Development Manager for Production

Transform the Used Car Market with AUTO1 Group
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Production to join our team at AUTO1 Group. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for building a strong business development team and driving innovation at our production centers in Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing business development team for Production in Germany
- Establish and manage reporting that covers all areas of the Production process, including work in process, lead times, costs, and efficiency
- Collaborate with site responsible to manage our production centers in Germany, with a workforce of over + employees
- Drive process changes and improvements by analyzing data and conducting regular on-site visits
Requirements:
- A relevant degree and several years of professional experience, combined with relevant leadership experience
- Professional experience in a startup or dynamic, fast-growing company, paired with experience in product management, product rollout, business, and process development
- Confident in handling numbers, with a process-oriented approach and excellent communication and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making power, assertiveness, and flexibility
- Experience in business process modeling and fluency in both German and English
