Beschreibung des Aufgabenbereichs

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Manager Industrial Participation / Offset (w/m/d) für den Bereich "Industrial Participation & Offset Management".

Hauptherausforderungen

  • Steuerung der Definition von Industrieller Beteiligung / Offset-Potenzialen in allen Bereichen (Engineering, F&E, Beschaffung) sowie das Agieren als Schnittstelle zur lokalen Industrie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und Einkauf.
  • Abstimmung mit den Projektmanagementteams bezüglich bestehender und zukünftiger Offsetverpflichtungen.
  • Strukturierte Definition, Planung und Durchführung des Offset-Projekts unter Beachtung von Kostenkontrolle / Cash-Aspekten.
  • Koordination der Lokalisierungs,- und Technologietransferanforderungen der wichtigsten internationalen Kunden in den zugeordneten Programmen und Umsetzung der Strategie in der entsprechenden Geschäftseinheit.
  • Sicherstellung einer optimierten Identifizierung und Umsetzung von marktorientierten Industrieller Beteiligung / Offset-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen kommerziellen Ziele und der Offsetregularien des jeweiligen Kundenlandes.
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Steuerung von Industrieller Beteiligung / Offset-Vertragsverhandlungen (in Abstimmung mit den Funktionen Legal, Commercial und Sales), um eine effiziente vertragliche Struktur für den gesamten Offset-Prozess sicherzustellen.
  • Verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung aller relevanten Dokumente (in allen Phasen von Offset-Projekten, von der Angebotsphase über die Projektumsetzung bis zur endgültigen Anerkennung / Kreditierung des Offset) für die Schnittstelle mit Kunden und Offset-Behörden in Exportländern.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Business Administration Management oder vergleichbar.
  • Weitreichende Erfahrung im Bereich Strategie, Sales oder Finance.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Industrielle Beteiligung / Offset.
  • Auslandserfahrung und ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz von Vorteil.
  • Gewissenhafte, flexible und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
