Job Description

HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Manager Industrial Participation to join our team in Ulm or Taufkirchen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing company-wide offset solutions to support HENSOLDT's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage industrial participation and offset opportunities across all business areas (Engineering, F&E, Procurement) in close collaboration with Sales and Procurement teams.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure alignment on existing and future offset commitments.
  • Develop and implement structured offset projects, considering cost control and cash aspects.
  • Coordinate localization and technology transfer requirements for key international customers in assigned programs and implement strategies in the corresponding business unit.
  • Ensure optimized identification and implementation of market-oriented industrial participation and offset projects, taking into account commercial goals and offset regulations of the respective customer country.
  • Prepare, conduct, and manage industrial participation and offset contract negotiations (in coordination with Legal, Commercial, and Sales functions) to ensure an efficient contractual structure for the entire offset process.
  • Responsible for preparing all relevant documents (in all phases of offset projects, from the offer phase to project implementation and final recognition/crediting of the offset) for the interface with customers and offset authorities in export countries.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in the field of strategy, sales, or finance.
  • First experience in the field of industrial participation and offset.
  • International experience and intercultural competence are an asset.
  • Accurate, flexible, and proactive working style.
  • High sense of responsibility and communication skills.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
