Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure smooth trade between buyers and suppliers
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process
- Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions
- Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
- Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution
- Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
