Commercial Planning Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our success.
Your Responsibilities- You will conduct in-depth analyses to enhance our understanding of business performance, creating dashboards, driver trees, and drill-downs to inform commercial decision-making.
- You will lead regular steering meetings to discuss insights from your analyses and influence commercial decision-making.
- You will propose key strategic initiatives and support their implementation to drive business growth.
- You will ensure company-wide alignment on KPIs, including their calculation methods and interpretation across all departments.
- You will drive a data-driven planning process for the commercial year and major events like Black Friday / Cyber Week.
- You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience and a proven track record of influencing commercial decision-making through targeted analysis and strategic planning.
- You have advanced analytical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL, Looker Studio, and the Google Office Suite, allowing you to efficiently manage data and create insightful reports.
- You have a solid business acumen and commercial knowledge, with strong stakeholder management abilities to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- You bring expertise in process management, optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency across projects.
