Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to translate operational plans into financial logic and ensure the application of Group standards.

  • Contribute to periodic forecast processes, analyze variances, and co-build action plans to improve operational performance.
  • Establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of operational performance.
  • Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools.
  • Based on KPI analyses, propose relevant actions to improve operational performance.
  • Provide financial elements for operational decision-making by enlightening Operations with financial impacts and implications.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • A higher education degree in Business or a related field.
  • More than five years' experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, with German and/or French language skills a plus.
  • Knowledge in Excel, SAP, and BI tools.
  • Solid knowledge in finance, control processes, and compliance.
  • The ability to understand accounting/legal rules and identify their influence in controlling.
  • Rigor, analytical skills, and change management abilities.
  • Customer orientation, cross-functional work, and a performance-driven mindset.
