Controller - Financial Planning

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating operational plans into financial logic and ensuring the application of Group standards. This involves contributing to periodic forecast processes, analyzing variances, and co-building and contributing to the implementation of associated action plans.
Additionally, you will establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of operational performance, challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools, and propose relevant and concrete actions to improve operational performance.
Furthermore, you will provide the necessary financial elements for operational decision-making by enlightening Operations with financial impacts, respective implications, and providing relevant information.
Your ProfileWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a higher education degree in Business Administration, equivalent to a Master's degree. You should have more than five years of experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
Fluent English language skills are essential, and German and/or French language skills depending on the location would be a plus. You should also have knowledge in Excel, SAP, and BI tools, as well as solid knowledge in finance, control processes, and compliance.
Rigor, analytical skills, and change management abilities will be essential in this role. Your customer orientation, ability to work cross-functionally, and appetite for performance will be your greatest assets for success in our group.
