Financial Performance Controller

Your mission

  • Translate operational plans into financial logic and ensure the application of Group standards, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Contribute to periodic forecast processes, analyze variances, co-build and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of operational performance, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools, leveraging technology to drive business success.
  • Based on KPI analyses, propose relevant and concrete actions to improve operational performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide the necessary financial elements for operational decision-making by enlightening Operations with financial impacts, respective implications, and providing relevant information, ensuring a data-driven approach.

Your profile

  • Higher education degree, Business School type, Master equivalent, with a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
  • More than five years' experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent English language skills, German and/or French language skills depending on the location, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • Knowledge in Excel, SAP, and BI tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business results.
  • Solid knowledge in finance, control processes, and compliance, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • You easily understand accounting/legal rules and readily identify their influence in the field of controlling, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Rigor, analytical skills, and change management abilities will be essential, with a strong ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Your customer orientation, your ability to work cross-functionally, and your appetite for performance will be your greatest assets for success in our group, driving business growth and success.
