Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Manitowoc. As a key member of our Supplier Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for planning and building the future of our quality management processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and control the budget of the Supplier Quality Assurance department
- Support production and customer service in analyzing problems related to suppliers
- Analyze quality data to identify key problem areas and continuously improve quality
- Develop effective supplier quality management and collaborate with strategic purchasing
- Handle complaints with suppliers independently
- Support quality management in developing employees and identifying talent
Your Profile
- Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or comparable technical training
- Practical experience in quality management or quality assurance is desirable
- Initial experience in employee management
- Confident use of MS Office and experience in ERP systems
- English and German language skills
