Quality Assurance Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Manitowoc. As a key member of our Supplier Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for planning and building the future of our quality management processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage, organize, and control the budget and capacity of the Supplier Quality Assurance department
* Support production and customer service in analyzing problems related to suppliers
* Analyze quality data to identify key problem areas and continuously improve quality and track KPIs
* Set up effective supplier quality management and develop suppliers in close coordination with strategic purchasing
* Handle complaints with suppliers independently
* Support quality management in developing its own employees, forward-looking personnel planning, and identifying talent
**Requirements**
* Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or comparable technical training
* Practical experience in quality management or quality assurance desirable
* Initial experience in employee management
* Confident use of MS Office and experience in the application and evaluation of ERP systems
* English and German language skills
