Assistant Creative Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Assistant Creative Lead to join our design team at adidas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the design of market-right products for our BU Football Licensing Apparel division.
About the Role
- Assist in the development of creative solutions for individual products, ensuring they meet the company's visual language and corporate identity guidelines.
- Work closely with the design team to execute the creative vision for product ranges, meeting targets and defined design languages and strategies.
- Present product ideas and details clearly to small groups and team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support an efficient process and communication flow between design, marketing, and development teams.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure the successful realization of products and collections.
- Develop 3D concept representations, 3D assets, and digital product information to facilitate accurate development and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute design work according to the visual language of adidas and corporate identity guidelines.
- Develop creative solutions to individual products, ensuring they meet the company's design languages and strategies.
- Support product management and development teams in all issues regarding the realization of products and collections.
- Visualize ideas for products and ranges with clarity, using 3D concept representations and digital product information.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Design from a reputable college or university.
- Preferably, a practical experience in a design environment.
- Strong knowledge of Macintosh computer design software and systems, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong 3D skills and knowledge of virtual tools, including Clo3D, Browzwear, and VStitcher.
Preferred Tools
- Clo3D, Browzwear, VStitcher, or similar 3D fashion design tools.
- Rhino, Modo, ICAD Pro, or similar 3D design tools.
