Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed-upon service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT service delivery, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and work with teams to implement enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that resources are aligned with service delivery requirements.
  • Implement and manage ITIL-based service management practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage IT projects related to service delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ensure that services are delivered within agreed budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in business information technology or a comparable degree program with an IT background or relevant trainings.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager or similar position.
  • Proven experience in managing medium-scale services and projects.
  • Experience working with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of IT issues and terminology.
  • Highly desired: previous experience in healthcare services.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • German and English language minimum C1.
