Accounting Specialist Fixed Assets

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in the Fixed Assets department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accounting of our fixed assets, including the preparation of financial statements and the maintenance of our asset register.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, for the Fixed Assets department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our fixed assets, including their value, location, and condition
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA))
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fixed assets role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS and HGB
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
