DKV Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the technical management of our consolidation operations and the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the consolidation process for our group companies, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our consolidation operations.
- Collaborate with our auditors to address complex IFRS accounting and valuation issues.
- Provide support to new M&A companies during the initial consolidation phase.
- Develop and maintain uniform accounting standards and valuation regulations within the group.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly IFRS group financial statements.
- Master's degree in economics or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in IFRS consolidation and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
