Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Manager to join our team at DKV Mobility. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the technical management of our consolidation operations and the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and technical management of the consolidation operations team.
  • Preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and equity.
  • Technical responsibility for the consolidation software and Workiva tool.
  • Support for new M&A companies during the initial consolidation phase.
  • Contact person for auditors with regard to complex and new IFRS accounting and valuation issues.
  • Preparation and development of uniform accounting standards and valuation regulations within the Group.
  • Overall process-related responsibility for finalizing the monthly IFRS Group financial statements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics or a comparable field.
  • At least 7 years of professional expertise in IFRS consolidated financial statements preparation.
  • Experience in the use of a consolidation tool, preferably SEM-BCS.
  • Excellent communication and goal-oriented skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
